About Stewart Lilly
Stewart Lilly has built up a wealth of knowledge and contacts during nearly 35 years in the industry. He is well respected and has the unique benefit of having worked on both sides of the development fence. He was Land and Planning Director for a national plc house builder for more than 10 years

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) represents over 10.000 property professionals in the UK. It upholds high ethical standards in its membership and works closely with government to ensure that its members abide by its strict rules of conduct and business ethics. Stewart Lilly has been a member since 1968 and holds Honoured Fellowship of the College of Fellows. In 2007 he was elected the national President of the NAEA.
The Residential Development Agents Society (RDAS) is a group of Land and Development professionals whose expertise is recognised by banks, developers and fund raising sources. Stewart Lilly has been a member since 1998 and is involved with its continued professional development activities. The RDAS has close links with the Home Builders Federation regarding all aspects of residential development. Stewart Lilly Associates is one of only a few organisations in the provinces to hold this membership.
