Stewart Lilly Associates are co-ordinating a consortium of professional consultants to promote a 3.6 hectare parcel of land through the emerging Local Plan, where it is hoped that approximately 100 units can be achieved.
The team of Consultants will cover all aspects of archaeology, highways, design, landscaping etc will be working with Stewart Lilly Associates with the expectation that planning permission should be received, after which the land will be sold on the open market.
DIDCOT
Wine Cellar and Garage.
The client wished to create a period garage and a spiral underground wine cellar in an adjoining listed building. Despite complex negotiations a satisfactory planning permission was acheived.
SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE VILLAGE
One acre site in a location that planners opposed for many years. Following lengthy and delicate negotiations a planning permission for a large single dwelling was successfully achieved.(See Opportunities page)
SUTTON COURTENAY, OXFORDSHIRE
Stewart Lilly Associates entered into a confidentiality agreement with the developer to assist with the acquisition of the site for a residential scheme. We prepared a market report and analysis and assisted the architectural team with negotiations with the local planning authority.
CROYDON, SOUTH LONDON – MAJOR PROJECT
This building was constructed during the 1950’s and was occupied by various businesses. Discussions with the Local Planning Authority proved very difficult, but resulted in Stewart Lilly Associates negotiating a successful sale to a speculator who, with the assistance of Stewart Lilly Associates, went on to redesign a first class scheme of residential flats.
