NORTH LEIGH, WITNEY
Formerly the village stores but following lengthy discussions and careful negotiations detailed planning permission was achieved for five three storey town houses. Stewart Lilly Associates negotiated a sale of the site to the developer and all five units are now completed and occupied.

Following many years of local unrest we were able to negotiate a successful planning permission for two substantial residential dwellings on this one acre site. Stewart Lilly Associates were then instructed to sell the site by means of an informal tender and a very successful outcome was achieved much to the delight of the freeholder.
CHILTON, OXFORDSHIRE
Formerly a public house, known as The Horse and Jockey, this site was located in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) but close to a busy Garden Centre. Careful negotiation with the District Council resulted in a redevelopment solution for eleven units. Stewart Lilly Associates then negotiated a successful sale to an enthusiastic developer who created this attractive courtyard scheme.

139 acres of strategic investment controlled by a Developer Consortium. Stewart Lilly Associates were instructed to dispose of the freeholder’s interest with the benefit of the existing option agreements remaining in place. The vendor’s anticipated price was exceeded.
